I had a great time at this hotel! The location is amazing, just steps away from the beach and convenient to restaurants. The rooms were cozy and clean, and the staff was incredibly friendly. However, the dining experience could be improved with more variety. The pool area was a highlight, well-maintained and delightful. The price was fair, but there were additional charges for Wi-Fi.
The hotel rooms were smaller than expected based on online images and showed signs of aging. The view from my room was obstructed by noisy air conditioning fans on the balcony, mainly located on the right side of the building. The location on the north side had its drawbacks.
The hotel is situated right on the beach in a quiet area with great access to nearby restaurants. The rooms, although not luxurious, are kept clean and tidy. The friendly staff were accommodating and attentive. The dining experience can be slow and pricey, but the cappuccino is exceptional. The beachfront location and pleasant ambiance make it a perfect spot for relaxation.
The hotel had a mix of positives and negatives. The rooms, although clean and comfortable, appeared old and in need of updates considering the prices charged. It was also disappointing that my room wasn't ready on time and noise from other guests was a disturbance. However, the location was convenient with easy access to the beach and nearby cafes. The service received was a mix of average and exceptional, with some staff being quite rude but others very helpful and friendly.
The hotel was close to the restaurants in the Lauderdale-by-the-Sea area, just a few blocks' walk. The rooms seemed a little small with not a lot of drawer space, but finally getting a room, including the exercise room, was a plus. The service, despite trying to do their jobs with one elevator, was friendly and secured a taxi for us as well as the shuttle to the airport.
The hotel is conveniently located, close to the beach and entertainment spots. The rooms are comfortable but could use some improvement in terms of maintenance. The lobby has a musty odor, and the pool area needs attention.

Despite these drawbacks, the convenient location and beautiful surroundings add some value to the stay.
The hotel had mixed experiences. The rooms had a view of the ocean, but ours wasn't ready and was dirty and had a horrible smell coming from the bathroom. We were directly over noisy A/C units, which was unpleasant. The service was a mix of overwhelmed staff and rude cashiers, but other employees were very attentive and helpful. The location was convenient for some nearby places, but we had to scramble for a new place due to a sudden change. The dining experience was disappointing, overpriced, and not very good. Despite some drawbacks, the facilities were top-notch.
